I am sort of an activist, but in weird areas...
I was diagnosed with something called low functioning Autism when I was younger. It was told that I could not, would not, speak, read or write. Luckily, there is a programme called the ABA that helped me become to do those things - + more! :-)
Autistic people are different from usual people. The average person is NT (Neurologically typical). You may have heard that Autistic people are whizzes at maths, can't relate to people. These things are half true, but every autistic person is different - including me.
