WRITING STOIRES!
To start writing a story you need to make a plan, a plan consists of a beginning, a middle and an end. You can copy out a plan similar to my one here:
Beginning-a kitten called Saffron is taken to a new home she behaves very naughtily
Middle-Saffron is given away to a horrible family Saffron runs away and lives in the country
End-A kind old woman takes Saffron in when Saffron is a grown up cat
Next you need to deicde which place you are going to set your story. Saffron's story for example was set in South East England. You also need to deicde the charcters for your story. My characters are Saffron, Saffron's first family,Saffron's second family, and the kind old woman. For more insparation read other books. To think up other meanings of words for you story look them up in the THESAURUS.
Animal facts:
Top 5 fave facts
1:Zebras use their stripes for something very clever-when a predator is near them, they pack together so that the predator cannot make out a single induvidual.
2:Myna birds live in Asia and are very intelligent like parrots; they can learn to talk!
3:The only primate in Europe apart from humans is the Barbary Macaque which lives in Morrocco.
4:There are some places beside the sea where you cannot take Jewellery while you are swimming. This is because a kind of fish in these waters called Barracuda are known to steal jewellery!
5:Rabbits are acutally not native to Britain. When French Monks bought rabbits to farm in Britain, the Rabbits escaped from their enclosures and started to live here in the wild.
MAKING UP PLAYS
Making up plays is almost like writing stories (see above) you need to make a plan, the setting, and the characters. Gather your friends, maybe siblings, and write down the script, the script shows the words each character has to say, it also shows what moves the actors should make. The people practise the play and when they know it off by heart they perform it to other people. It's that simple!

Guitar girl is about a girl called Molly Montgomery. She is sick of not being noticed in her school with her two best friends-Jane and Tara. They decide to form a girl band and get noticed. Molly learns guitar, Jane learns bass and Tara buys a drum kit. Molly sings and writes songs about things she knows about-like Hello Kitty Speedboat!
But soon however the band gets taken over by Dean and his friend T who in Molly's eyes just invited themselves into the band. Soon she finds herself riding high at the top of the charts and in a proper band....But will it all go to plan?

Different styles of the little black duck! :-)
How to draw Daffy Duck (my tips)
First, decide what feature you would like to give your Daffy drawing, maybe some clothes and his happy or possibly angry expression.
Second, I recommend starting from the little tuft on Daffy's head (if you do not want to draw tufts, then just draw a rounded face). Think about the shape of Daffy's eyes to match his expression. Make his beak straight or downwards, it has to be either.
For his body, it can be either undersized compared to his head, normal or bigger (I usually make his body undersized myself). For his feet, draw them with either webs or just points at the end.
Hopefully you will have your own personal design of Daffy! :-)

A FUN MATHS PROBLEM
Here is a pretty tricky but quite fun maths problem you could try - you could impress your teacher if you get it right!
First you multiply 32 by 32. Secondly, you multiply 32 by your previous answer. Thirdly, you divide your second answer by 31! Your answer will be right if the remainder is one - although you should do all the sums on a calculator anyway just in case. Now that you have done that sum you may want to go onto bigger and trickier numbers, enjoy! :-)

HOW TO GET FIT
Unfortunately, many of us do not seem to know how to get fit in any way. Well, don't worry - I'm here to help! :-)
Healthy eating: One good thing to do about keeping fit is to eat healthily. Surely you know that we must not overdo on sugar and carbohydrate? Things with protein and things with little carbrohydrate or sugar are healthy and vedgetables and fruits are VERY healthy too! :-) Some things that are very good to eat with vitamins and protein are: Apples, carrots, avacado, eggs, fish, nuts and meat!
Exercising: We need to all exercise a little/a lot every day to keep us healthy, fit and on the go. Sports are a good form of exercising. Just running and walking is exercise too! Maybe you have an exercise machine at home where you can tire yourself out and make you more healthy? Well, go on, exercise on it! :-)
More tips:
JOGGING: Jogging is a very good form of exercise. While you're out, you could jog quite a lot, maybe to school or to the shops if it's not too far! When you're jogging make sure your clothes don't fall down too much! :-)
TRAMPOLINING: If you are lucky enough to have a trampoline - USE IT! You can become very fit if you go on a trampoline. Try thirty jumps a day or so to keep yourself in shape.
A TIP THAT WILL HOPEFULLY WORK
The average human loses about 1200 calories a day. One way to get fitter AND go on a diet is to eat less than 1200 calories a day! Tip: the unhealthier the food you're eating the more calories it has.
Book review for "Watership Down" by Richard Adams
This is a very interesting book, set in England, following a group of rabbits. The story starts with a rabbit called Fiver telling all the members of Sandleford warren that everyone is in great danger. A few believe him and they set off on a pioneering journey...
This is an incredibly good book and worth a read, a little slowgoing but gripping at times (especially at the end of the chapter so you can read on!).
Enjoy! :-)

Review for "The Peppermint Pig" by Nina Bawden
Unfortunately, this book turns out to be rather dull and upsetting for particular readers - particularly for those who like reading about people who AREN'T sick and for people who like animals. You are likely to be dissapointed. So there.
